Signing ceremony of the Joint Venture Agreement between Minh Phong Company and Penta Ocean Company to construct Japanese ODA capital projects and other projects in Vietnam

Receiving the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan, on the morning of November 11, President Nguyen Minh Triet led the Vietnamese delegation to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum Leaders’ Conference ( The 18th APEC) in Japan takes place from November 11 to November 15, 2010.

At the Vietnam – Japan Trade, Investment and Tourism Promotion Forum taking place on November 15, 2010 in Nagoya city – Japan, under the witness of President Nguyen Minh Triet, Minh Company Phong and Penta Ocean Company signed a joint venture agreement to construct projects funded by Japanese ODA capital and other projects in Vietnam.

Petroleum Rig Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (PV Shipyard) is investing in the construction of the Oil and Gas Rig Construction and Repair Base Project on an area of 39.80 hectares with a total investment capital of 4,556.652 billion copper at Sao Mai Ben Dinh Port. This is one of the National key mechanical projects according to Decision No. 10/2009/QD-TTg dated January 16, 2009, of the Prime Minister.

Đây là một trong các dự án cơ khí điểm Quốc gia theo Quyết định số 10/2009/QĐ-TTg ngày 16/01/2009 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.
